Our mission is to build the dream homes our customers yearn for and provide them the best service and support before, during and after the completion of their home. From start to finish we put great thought and planning in to each of our homes to ensure our customer can live in the home functionally and worry free knowing that quality and care was built in to every home. We learn how our customer intends to use the space to make sure it meets their needs before we put a shovel in the ground. We do not cut corners to cut time and costs like other builders, but instead make sure it was done right even if that means going back to fix something before we turn the keys over to you. We carry transparent, honest and open communication with our clients and do not make excuses. Ken Sikora

President

For the past eight years, Ken Sikora has been using his in-depth understanding of the key elements in our housing and local real estate markets to create a company which provides quality homes that exude long lasting obtainable luxury along with outstanding customer service.

Ken has a bachelor’s degree from Salisbury University in marketing and business management. He has over 15 years in sales, production, business growth and management. In the years he has been working in construction in Anne Arundel County, he has amassed extensive knowledge in waterfront, critical area projects and land development. This valuable work experience is the foundation that inspired Ken to efficiently deliver what larger firms simply cannot- personal involvement that ensures precise and painstaking attention to detail turning client dream homes into reality. He has even had one of his homes featured on HGTV. He personally oversees every stage of construction & design to make sure your home is getting the unparalleled quality he demands. From the permitting process to the home’s structure and configuration he keeps every aspect in mind. Ken knows the ins and outs of the home building industry while working alongside his wife Tiffany and his mother Carole to uphold the values and ideals of a family business. You know you are in good hands working directly with the owner.

Carole Sikora

In house designer & purchasing manager

For the past 8 years, Carole Sikora has been masterfully creating spaces with Grand Villa Homes that infuse timeless artistic architectural design and master craftsmanship with meticulous detail. Her visionary eye and commitment to perfection were captured and featured on HGTV in December 2020.

Her interior designs go from conceptualization to realization. This includes designing the floor plans, window placements, and décor. She will consider the furniture placement in your great room and bedrooms, for example, before the floor plans are even finalized.

Carole is a talented and experienced collaborator with local vendors ensuring the best quality supplies are available for every project.

She is a well-educated person who believes in life-long learning. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Physical Therapy. She has taken many workshops on color, kitchen design and bath design. She is trained in Real Estate staging as well as marketing and sales.

Carole’s passion for design began with her own home.

“I want to provide a beautiful atmosphere with a highly functional home for our clients. As a mother and full-time working woman, at the forefront of my mind is to create an artistically designed home that functions for the whole family.” From a custom dog washing station to a large banquette integrated into a kitchen island so the family can come together for meal time, homework or social gathering. She can bring her experiences in rehabilitation medicine and direct home care into her designs such as elevators or zero entry and wheelchair accessible showers.
