Where do we start?

Do I need to find land myself, or do you help acquire land?

We have a constant stream of inventory. We frequently find and develop our own lots. We are happy to work with you on lots you may acquire yourself.

Will I get to work one on one with a design team?

Yes, You will meet with our design team at the design center and select your finishes and options for your home. The design team helps you choose decorative surfaces, colors, and fixtures throughout your home.

How long will construction take?

Although each project varies, homes are completed around 6 months once construction has begun. Depending on your options selected, size of home, inspection delays, and supply chain and weather delays this process may take longer.

Is there a home builders warranty?

Yes, The warranty provides Coverage against defects, workmanship and materials, offering you peace of mind for your new home.
